This comprehensive package includes 10 one-on-one fitness workouts that fit within your schedule (Zumba®, aqua fitness, mat Pilates, weight training, power walking, etc.) plus a journal with a diet/nutrition and exercise plan written by a well known Registered Dietician/certified personal trainer. I coach you weekly for 52 days to keep you accountable and help with advice for any barriers to your best body. This package price is if you come to me, or we meet in the greater Spring Branch area of Houston for the one-on-ones.
