Saturdays join a 10:00 a.m. 55-minute class in the Family Life Center of Holy Cross Lutheran Church at 7901 Westview, Houston, TX. Class starts with a gentle standing warm up and stretching and then moves down to the mat for the last 35 minutes. Beginning Pilates strengthens the core muscles and focuses on moves to improve balance, posture, strength, muscle tone and coordination. Learn the Pilates breathing technique and mind/body awareness.
