“Lucinda has been my fitness coach for several months. I have learned so
much from her during our meetings including: new exercises and the reasons
they are good for me; diet recommendations that have helped me make better
food choices and education on how to read food labels for bad or added
sugars. She also supplied me with valuable reading materials on health and
food benefits. I look forward to all of the water fitness and Zumba
classes and I am so happy to see my weight coming down and inches lost! Her
