Pilates at Trini Mendenhall Every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.
Experience a free strength Pilates class. Bring light weights, a Pilates mat and a band. Some bands are available to borrow if needed. This class is a fun, intermediate Pilates class involving standing Pilates with weights and bands and then moving to the mat for a combination of strengthening using both bands and body weight with no equipment.
Zumba Gold® at Trini Mendenhall Every Monday at 6:30 p.m.
A low impact, easy to follow Zumba® for those active agers or anyone just getting back into fitness -FREE- First time attendees must fill out a "Get to Know You Form" at the front desk and sign the waiver.
